How long will my order take to get to me?

A guaranteed 3 – 5 working days is the expected waiting time for your order to make its way into your hands after it’s been sent off! We will send you tracking info when your order leaves our office.

How do orders work?

By ordering your piece, you avoid the disappointment of missing out on as our garments sell out pretty fast. Since we are open for orders, you can place your order online to secure your garments. You will then receive your garments 3-5 days after payment’s been received.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not right now, but we are working on it!

Do you accept cash payment or cash on delivery?

All of our payments are processed online via the safe and trusted channel, PAYFAST. You are able to pay with a bank card or do an eft via this payment portal. No other payment methods are accepted.

I would like to purchase MICAEL MATTHEWS' GARMENTS as a gift, how can I do that?

When completing your delivery details, please add the address and name of the person you would like the garments to be delivered to. We do not ship your order with a receipt, so your receiver will not be able to see the price of their gift. Should you wish to add a note with your gift, please add it to the special notes section of your order.

What if it's been 6 days and I haven't received my order?

If you did not receive your order feel free to email our team they will help you as soon as possible. Don’t be stressed. Get in touch with us and we will do our utmost best to make sure we track your order until we get it. Our customer care will help you to locate your order and track the status of your order online using your order number. Thank you!
